I bring professional experience in sustainable weight management from one of Canada's leading obesity medical clinics, combined with a deep understanding of the hormonal shifts that impact weight and well-being during menopause. My goal is to equip you with evidence-based tools and strategies grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to not only lose weight for the last time but also manage menopause symptoms effectively. Together, we’ll build long-term mindset and behavior changes, empowering you to make peace with food and embrace the vibrant life you were created for.

As a young dietitian starting my career, I was struck by how many women I encountered who were struggling to lose weight (old methods no longer working), manage their health, and feel like themselves again while going through menopause. Over and over, I saw their frustration: they were trying everything—diets, exercise plans, even outdated advice—but nothing seemed to work. Worse, many weren’t getting the effective menopause treatment or support they desperately needed.

That’s when I knew I wanted to do more. I dove into understanding the unique hormonal changes in menopause and how they impact weight, energy, and overall well-being. Working with over 100 women during this critical life stage, I saw firsthand how powerful the right nutrition, evidence-based strategies, and mindset shifts can be. It wasn’t just about weight loss—it was about helping these women reclaim their confidence, vitality, and joy.

This journey has shaped my mission: to empower menopausal women with the tools and support they need to thrive. Whether you're navigating symptoms or simply looking for sustainable ways to manage your weight, I’m here to guide you with empathy, expertise, and strategies tailored just for you.
